The friendly team of local, professional and efficient staff, led by Directors Stephen and Simone Binks, offers a wealth of experience and knowledge of the local sales market.  With a good understanding of the local area and property market, clients are advised on the optimum marketing strategy with a view to achieving the best possible price for their property with as smooth a transaction as possible.  The team has a genuine interest in the people and property dealt with and it is this care and attention to detail with a proactive approach that bring the results our clients expect.

As a smaller, independent agency, we can offer a bespoke service and guarantee to devote the necessary time to each client, ensuring a clear line of communication throughout the entire process.  For added peace of mind and reassurance, Binks is a licensed member of the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) guaranteeing a reliable agent giving a professional service.  The Company is also a member of the Property Ombudsman Scheme.

The personal contact and touch we offer should never be replaced but we see technology as a tool and a solution to enhance the qualities of a property and speed up methods of communication.  This is why we constantly drive innovation in the marketing of our clients’ properties.  In 2014 we launched our new Binks website, which automatically adapts to the user’s experience.  This allows properties to be clearly marketed across all viewing platforms – desktop, tablet and mobile, removing the need to download specialist apps.  This is unique in the markets in which we operate and ensures your property has maximum exposure to potential applicants, is marketed correctly and looks beautiful to the end-user.

Marketing

A key component to the Sales process is the marketing management and strategy taken for each property.  When talking to a client we try to understand the key requirements of the client and ensure we put together a bespoke marketing plan with the objective to ensuring a client’s property obtains maximum exposed to the market.  Selecting an independent firm allows the client flexibility to choose the most appropriate marketing mix, rather than a more ridged corporate-based processes. 

At Binks we also believe it is important for the Client to understand the analytics behind our marketing strategies.  Doing this helps give the client confidence on the property price, the marketing plan and the services offer by Binks.

Depending on the client’s requirements, our staff will advise if they feel that the property would benefit from national press publicity.  We are able to offer advantageous national advertising rates through our chosen advertising agency network in magazines such as Country Life and the property supplements of a number of national newspapers.
